Hi — thank you for taking the time to learn about me.
My name is Ivan Pryntsev. I'm an entrepreneur and software founder based in Orange County, California. I'm the creator of StudioFlow — an AI-powered studio management platform — and the host of the Studio Founders podcast.
I've always been driven by building things. My entrepreneurial journey started when I founded Pryntsev Ballet Academy in Orange County, where I built a team of 11 and grew it into one of the area's most recognized programs — with students earning invitations to finals competitions worldwide for five consecutive years. That experience — managing people, systems, payments, and communication — became the foundation for everything I do today.
At first, the journey felt overwhelming. There were moments of doubt. But I became obsessed with progress — small daily improvements, learning new skills, building systems, solving real problems. That excitement still drives me.
After years of running the academy, I joined the Scalable.co community to go deeper on business growth. That's when I expanded into media, AI, and software development — and everything accelerated.
Studio Founders was born from that shift — a podcast where I speak with studio owners and creative entrepreneurs about building sustainable and scalable businesses. It's where I share what I'm learning in real time.
And from those conversations — and the operational challenges I experienced running my own studio — StudioFlow emerged.
StudioFlow is built from lived experience. Today, the team is 4 people strong, developing and improving the platform every day. We're building a private digital home for studios — centralizing communication, scheduling, payments, and community in one place. The problems I faced as a business owner are the problems we're now solving with technology.
Today, I build at the intersection of technology, media, and business.
StudioFlow is where I'm building the future. Studio Founders is where I share the journey. And Pryntsev Ballet Academy is where it all started.
