About Ivan Pryntsev

Hi — thank you for taking the time to learn about me.

My name is Ivan Pryntsev. I'm the founder of Pryntsev Ballet Academy, the host of the Studio Founders podcast, and the creator of StudioFlow.dance — a software platform built to simplify operations and communication for dance studios.

I didn't grow up planning to be an entrepreneur. I started as a dancer. But once I opened my own academy, everything changed. Running a studio taught me leadership, resilience, and the reality of building something from the ground up.

At first, the entrepreneurial journey felt overwhelming. There were moments of doubt. But I became obsessed with progress — small daily improvements, learning new skills, building systems, solving real problems. That excitement still drives me today.

After years of growing Pryntsev Ballet Academy in Orange County and leading a team, I decided to take the next step. I joined the Scalable.co community to deepen my understanding of business growth and began expanding into media, AI, and software development.

That's how Studio Founders was born — a podcast where I speak with studio owners and creative entrepreneurs about the real challenges of building sustainable businesses in the arts.

And from those conversations — and my own experience running a studio — StudioFlow.dance emerged.

StudioFlow is built from lived experience. Today, the StudioFlow.dance team is 4 people strong — developing and continuously improving the platform every day to centralize communication, scheduling, payments, and community into one private digital home for studios. The problems I faced as a studio owner are the problems we're now solving with technology.

Today, I build at the intersection of dance, entrepreneurship, and technology.

Pryntsev Ballet Academy is where it started. Studio Founders is where I share the journey. StudioFlow is where I'm building the future.
